Job Description

Care Vision is a recognized leader in providing Care Management systems. We participate in Care Home industry events and exhibitions across the UK to strengthen our brand presence and engage with potential customers. We are seeking a Marketing Executive who can help develop and deliver effective marketing strategies to maximise our brand visibility and differentiate us from competitors. Experience or an understanding of marketing within the care sector or care home industry would be an advantage. The role will also support the ongoing development of our digital platforms, including social media, website management, content creation, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing, Content & Social Media Management:



Develop and manage content across social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.



Create visually engaging social media content including graphics, banners, and promotional materials.



Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and update the company website, ensuring it reflects the latest industry trends in design, content, and user experience.

Plan and execute digital campaigns, newsletters, and content updates to keep the audience informed and engaged.

Manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as MailChimp, Brevo, and similar platforms.



Monitor industry trends to continuously improve the company's online presence and digital strategies.

Event Support & Live Content Creation:



Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and other live events to represent the company.

Capture real-time event content including photos, videos, customer interactions, and key highlights.

Provide on-site insights and customer feedback to improve both live and digital marketing activities.

Work with event organizers and partners to ensure maximum brand visibility.

Reporting & Optimization:



Analyze engagement data from social media, website traffic, and event outcomes.

Provide regular reports with recommendations for continuous improvement across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Flexibility to travel to events nationwide as needed.

Experience in social media management (especially LinkedIn), and basic website management.

Ability to create high-quality graphics and multimedia content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Expertise in using email marketing tools such as MailChimp, Brevo, and other similar platforms.

Awareness of current trends in digital design, UX, and online customer engagement.

Ability to create high-quality content (photo, video, and written) for both digital channels and live event coverage.

Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable representing the company in professional settings.
