Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven In-House Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about marketing and the impact that can have on a growing business. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting our Commercial Director to develop and implement marketing campaigns across a number of channels, managing social media and driving customer engagement to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Develop and manage content across digital channels, including customer membership portal, social media platforms, websites. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences. Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, blogs and advertorials. Analyse marketing data and generate monthly reports to track performance metrics. Manage key relationships with external marketing partners. Assist with organising company events, trade shows and other promotional activities. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing strategies.

What we are looking for



Ambitious Foodie who is driven and not afraid to be hands on. Excellent communication and organisation skills to ensure projects are on track. Proactive and creative problem solver. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in-house. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Knows their way around marketing tools such as canva, email marketing platforms and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Photography skills is desirable
