Job Overview




We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help bring the SPAR brand to life across our store network and customer base.



In this exciting and varied role, you'll support the delivery of our marketing communications to both B2B and B2C audiences. From coordinating impactful in-store marketing campaigns to planning high-profile events, your work will help shape how customers experience our brand.



You'll collaborate with a passionate and supportive team, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute marketing activity in line with our promotional calendar and brand values.

What you'll be doing:



Coordinating traditional marketing activity across our SPAR stores to enhance the shopping experience and promote our brand message. Planning and delivering a range of B2B and B2C events - from store openings to retailer exhibitions. Supporting the wider marketing team in rolling out campaigns and promotions across our estate. Liaising with suppliers to produce high-quality, brand-aligned materials. Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on success. Providing general marketing support across the team.

What we're looking for:



A proactive, enthusiastic individual who's confident using their initiative. A natural communicator with the ability to work across teams and with people at all levels. Someone who thrives on variety, can manage multiple projects, and keeps quality front of mind. A creative eye and ideally, some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign in particular) - but training can be provided. At least 12 months' experience in a similar marketing role and a relevant qualification would be a plus.
