Location: Preston - Hybrid role 3/2 days in the office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Salary: Up to 36k PA depending on experience
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement with our B2B referral business, Key Partnerships. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be involved in campaign planning, content creation, social media management, digital marketing, event coordination, and analytics reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish marketing copy for websites, blogs, email newsletters, brochures, social media, and other platforms. Digital Marketing: Support SEO/SEM efforts, manage social media content calendars, and help run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.). Event Support: Assist in planning, promoting, and executing webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, DotDigital and Microsoft Dynamics, and prepare reports with actionable insights. Brand Management: Ensure all content and communication adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice. Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform campaign strategies.

Requirements1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or B2C environment. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, DotDigital, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing trends. A, sleeves rolled up, can-do attitude.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Experience with A/B testing, email automation, or lead generation campaigns. Previous involvement in product launches or go-to-market strategies.
