We are looking for someone who has 5 years residency in the UK.
The Marketing Executive will lead and support all internal and external marketing, branding, and communication efforts. They will develop and deliver marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth across Road, Global, and Warehouse services. The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing operations and third-party marketing relationships and will provide broader business administrative support as needed.
Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Branding and Campaigns
Manage brand consistency across all channels and materials (web, social, sales, bids, internal comms).
Lead brand marketing across social media and supporting channels.
Own and manage the CTS website: content, layout, updates, SEO optimisation.
Create, edit and manage high-quality marketing assets (graphics, copy, case studies, videos).
Content Creation & Communication
Create internal and external newsletters.
Prepare corporate presentations, bid / tender materials, and customer communications.
Champion strong verbal and written communications across the business.
Maintain high standards in all visual and written brand touchpoints.
Events and Stakeholder Engagement
Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Manage relationships with corporate/business memberships (eg, NATO, NIA).
Support industry event attendance and materials.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Execute SEO strategies and track performance to drive web visibility.
Manage and report on digital analytics (website, LinkedIn, other social platforms).
Continuously optimise campaigns based on analytics.
Customer Insight and Market Positioning
Gather and report on customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct research for award and accreditation opportunities.
Position CTS as a leader in specialist logistics through targeted messaging.
Key Skills & Ideal Experience Required
Essential
Business-to-business marketing experience.
Content development: strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).
Experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn campaign tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Experience managing websites and SEO / analytics tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Desirable
Experience in marketing to public-sector clients.
Previous exposure to tender / bid support.
Understanding of logistics or regulated environments (nuclear, defence, medical)

Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
Security vetting is a requirement for all roles at CTS and any offers of employment are made subject to obtaining and maintaining the necessary security clearance. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and will be required to provide proof of 5 years' UK residency.
