Reporting to the Head of Marketing UK & France, Natasha (Christie) Evetts | LinkedIn, the

Marketing Executive

is responsible for supporting the UK Marketing Team in planning, executing, and delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, and creative. The role also provides day-to-day support to the Head of Marketing, contributing to activity that builds brand awareness, engages customers, and supports the sales pipeline. This is a

hybrid

role based at our Global Headquarters - Linx House,

St Ives, Cambridgeshire

, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.

In this role, a typical day will look like:



Campaign delivery:

Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, and social media.

Marketo builds:

Create and manage emails, nurture journeys, and landing pages (Marketo preferred, training can be provided).

Content & design:

Write and edit content, create images/graphics for use in social media, emails, and digital campaigns.

Digital support:

Update website content, monitor campaign performance, and support with reporting and analytics.

Team collaboration:

Work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team on projects, contributing fresh ideas and creative input.

Event support:

Provide occasional support for trade shows and customer events.

The essential requirements of the job include:



Student or graduate in

Marketing

(or a related field). 1-2 years' experience in a

marketing role

(agency or in-house) is desirable, but recent graduates with strong motivation will also be considered. Experience creating and managing campaigns in a

marketing automation platform

(Marketo preferred, but training provided). Strong

written and verbal communication skills

, with proven content creation for digital channels.

Creative flair

and attention to detail, with some experience producing graphics or images for digital use. Comfortable using digital tools and eager to develop skills in

Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, and Monday.com

.
