Job Purpose:



To assist the Marketing Manager in the delivery of day-to-day marketing tasks, campaigns, content planning and production, and data reporting and analysis. The role contributes to the continuous improvement of marketing initiatives and supports the business in achieving its marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities



Content Management: Adding and updating content on the company website to ensure it is current and aligned with marketing strategies. Social Media Management: Managing the production and scheduling of social media posts across various platforms to maintain a consistent brand presence and engage with the audience. Documentation Production: Producing branded documentation required for the sales process, including brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials. Campaign Management: Building and scheduling content for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution. Campaign Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on campaign successes, providing insights and analysis to inform future marketing strategies. Event Support: Assisting in the organization and attendance at marketing events and exhibitions, including logistics and promotional activities. Customer and Supplier Liaison: Directly assisting the Marketing Manager with customer and supplier liaison in relation to ongoing projects and campaigns, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and presenting findings to the Marketing Manager. Email Marketing: Creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking. SEO and SEM: Supporting SEO and SEM efforts to improve website visibility and drive traffic. Tools Utilization: Efficiently using marketing tools such as Hubspot, Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Panda Docs to enhance marketing efforts and streamline processes.

Desirable (Nice to Have)



Experience in a similar marketing assistant or executive role Understanding of marketing software and tools, including Hubspot, Canva and Adobe Suite. Familiarity with web design or SEO practices. Prior involvement in campaign reporting and performance tracking. Exposure to event coordination or marketing exhibitions. Understanding of customer and supplier liaison in a marketing context.
