Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team at GCC Support Services. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives and expanding our brand presence in the commercial cleaning and facilities management sector. Based in Yorkshire, you will play a key role in connecting with both existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote GCC Support Services. Manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create compelling copy for various marketing materials including brochures, emails, and online content. Conduct outbound marketing campaigns via email, social media and telephone to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions. Collaborate with the sales team to support B2B marketing efforts and lead generation. Utilize project management skills to oversee marketing projects from conception to execution.

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within facilities management or related industries. Experience in telemarketing and appointment setting Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including social media and email marketing. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content. Familiarity with B2B marketing practices is advantageous. Proficient in Excel and other office software for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and market trends.
