What will I be doing?

Working closely with our Client Director and Account Manager, you will work on the digital and physical marketing campaigns across our client base. You will be part of a wider Marketing team, and it is very much a technical role where your knowledge and expertise will inform our clients marketing efforts.

We work nationally and internationally, our clients include law firms, barristers, healthcare organisations and other professional service companies.

No one day is ever the same in this busy bustling office and you will be working on anything from:

Managing, scheduling, and growing clients' social media presence Creating and uploading website content via CMS platforms Producing brand visuals and digital assets for use across social media and other platforms Conducting research to inform clients' marketing strategies Analysing campaign outcomes and using the insights to improve future marketing performance

Expertise we are looking for:

Qualification in digital marketing, marketing, or graphic design (diploma or degree level) Understanding of marketing principles and methodology Must have a good working knowledge of social media channels: Hootsuite, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook Must have a good working knowledge of design software such as photoshop, Adobe, InDesign, Canva and Illustrator Experience using Google Analytics is a must and Google Ads is advantageous Knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress) and how to upload and share content via them. Strong research skills Ensuring brand consistency across all client work this includes writing in the correct tone of voice and delivering the correct messaging.

What's on offer?

Full time role - 37 hours per week On-site at our Sheffield office Salary starting from 28,000 per year but negotiable-based on experience 23 days, plus bank holidays and an extended Christmas break Pension Contribution Healthcare benefits Development and training opportunities.

Experience

:

Digital Marketing: Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience (required) General Marketing: Minimum 3 year in a marketing role with demonstrable campaign delivery (required) Legal Sector Marketing: At least 1 year of experience in legal or professional services marketing (preferred)
