We are looking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team at J&A (International) Limited a privately owned manufacturing company based in Spilsby, Lincolnshire.

J&A (International) Limited is a privately owned company in the heart of Lincolnshire employing 120 people. Established in 1979, it has continuously provided the highest levels of quality and service in the manufacture of garment decoration to the laundry and workwear markets.

J&A recognise the crucial importance of delivery times and are able to offer the fastest despatch dates in the industry.

Products include screen-printed badges and transfers, reflective products, heat application machines, label tapes and embroidered badges. In addition to safety, leisure and sportswear decoration, many of the J&A products have been developed specifically for use in industrial environments and to withstand the rigours of commercial laundering.

J&A's products are renowned around the world, with distributors and representatives in all corners of the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Manage, grow and introduce social media platforms. Create engaging content, including newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials. Coordinate product launches and trade show/event participation. Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights. Work closely with the sales and design teams to align messaging and branding.

What we are looking for:

1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (or relevant degree with internship/work experience) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or similar. Experience with social media management and content creation. A creative thinker with excellent organisation and time management skills. Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,540.00 per year
