The role will be dual focused, covering 2 of the biggest growth areas of the business as we look to bring more live entertainment to the stadium, and further promote our incredible conference and events spaces. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the team and help grow these areas.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the Stadium Marketing Executive will be instrumental in the design and creation of internal and external communications, working across all aspects of the B2B and B2C marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building the awareness of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as a world leading entertainment and events destination. Working within the marketing team, the Stadium Marketing Executive will have hands-on relationships with the wider business including operational staff and external agencies.

Working closely with the internal sales team, you will work across Match Day & Event Day collateral, In Stadium announcements and both B2B and B2C campaigns. Working with the wider teams, you\xe2\x80\x99ll build, proof, test, and own campaigns that support and enhance our commercial marketing activity. You\xe2\x80\x99ll create campaigns that are meaningful to our varied audiences, delivered across the right channels at the right time.

This is an active role allowing you to own channels and grow as a marketer. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the freedom to bring new ideas to the table and work hands on with the campaign planning. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have exposure and the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting live entertainment brands in the world and support new and unique offerings at the Stadium.

You must be a confident communicator with strong creative and copy writing skills. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you understand the marketing mix and have a good understanding of customer journeys. You are experienced across multi-level campaigns and want to challenge our marketing activity to achieve results.

Founded in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is an English Premier League Club, based in North London.

Tottenham Hotspur FC are looking for a Stadium-focused Marketing Executive to join the expanding team to work across our live entertainment, conference and events business supporting growth in these areas, and working closely with third party partners including Saracens Rugby, The NFL, and Live Nation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To work closely with our stadium marketing team to support and grow the business. You will manage all internal marketing channels including match day activation (both offline and online) and will be responsible for managing and reporting on our email marketing strategy. You will work closely with the wider marketing team and external agencies to manage campaigns so good communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Marketing Activation:

  • To support the stadium marketing team in implementation and execution of all campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales teams and partners in coordination of internal assets
  • Prepare clear internal briefs and project manage critical paths for specific marketing initiatives.
  • Work with external agencies across print, digital and creative opportunities
  • Ownership of all internal and stadium marketing channels including match day programmes, content, and stadium screens.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager on all copy requirements for the business, with specific responsibility for the briefing and sub-editing of online product descriptions.
  • Manage our marketing activity with third party partners.
  • Deep dive into customer data to provide clear customer insight which will inform future marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Brand guardian in market, ensuring brand equity and vision is adhered to at all times.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven experience in similar role
  • A working knowledge of the conference and events sector or Live Entertainment sector
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Organised; ability to plan, schedule and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to deliver content in a fast-paced environment.
  • An appreciation for the design and manufacture process and the motivation to immerse yourself in relevant external resources \xe2\x80\x93 industry trends, consumer behaviours and cultural influences.
  • Ability to manage workload, delivering on-brief content under tight deadlines.
  • Have a strong sense of commercial, brand and technical awareness.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
