The Burghley Estate is a diverse business based in Stamford, Lincolnshire. At the heart of the Estate is Burghley House, set within 1,500 acres of historic parkland. Business interests include Burghley House, Gardens and Adventure Play visitor attractions, a busy programme of public and private events including the world renowned 5Defender Burghley Horse Trials, Burghley Park Golf Club and a significant property portfolio.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join our busy marketing team as a Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone either with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field who is eager to kick-start their career and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities, or for someone with experience who is ready to take on a new role.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the marketing team, you'll play a key role in delivering creative campaigns and supporting day-to-day marketing activity, including:
Assisting with the design, copywriting and production of a broad range of marketing materials
Supporting events and promotional initiatives with external communications
Creating and curating engaging content for digital and social media channels
Conducting market research and monitoring campaign performance
Contributing fresh ideas to grow brand awareness and strengthen audience engagement
Skills
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject is desirable but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using social media platforms and digital tools
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
A proactive, creative and collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
