Marketing Executive - M&G Wealth Advice Customer Marketing Team

This role would suit a candidate with marketing experience and a keen interest in the benefits of financial advice. This is a great opportunity to further a career in marketing, with exposure to a broad range of disciplines, a focus on both on and offline marketing, and scope to improve efficiencies, processes and innovate to the benefit of our customers and our advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will cover a wide range of marketing activity, including, but not limited to;Developing and maintaining digital estate including analytics reporting Helping to enhance our customer and adviser literature suite, including responding to adviser requests for marketing material via our in-house 'Marketing in a Box' system Contributing to social media plans and campaign implementation for both organic and paid activity (mainly LinkedIn) Supporting advisers in the compliance review and approval of financial promotions Assisting in creating and implementing financial adviser marketing campaigns both above and below the line at key times of year Managing the on and off-boarding of new/departing advisers Supporting adviser recruitment activity Working with research teams when required to conduct client or adviser research with clear objectives and output Owning a range of marketing assets and ensuring they're fit for purpose, up to date and compliant Working closely with stakeholders i.e. M&G Marketing Compliance, external and internal design and digital support agencies, and the wider M&G Advice team Build and manage a new client e-communications cross/up sell strategy

Personal skills:Enthusiastic, confident and extremely organised The ability to think freely, work autonomously and take something and 'run with it' Evidence of having created, and directed the creation of, communications assets Project management and organisational skills, i.e. able to plan, monitor and prioritise The ability to act effectively under the pressure of last-minute deadlines and changing priorities Evidence of a strong ability to adapt in changing circumstances and manage multiple projects simultaneously Evidence of strong collaboration skills and experience Marketing experience - regulatory knowledge and experience of compliance approval requirements are essential An understanding of digital marketing channels and digital trends Some previous experience working with audience insight tools e.g. Google/Adobe Analytics etc. Must have relevant experience in a financial services High level of accuracy and attention to detail The ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, both in written and verbal form Experience in financial copywriting and a willingness to develop this over time Experience in using AI (ideally CoPilot but not essential) and the ability to develop this knowledge Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; able to actively listen to and engage effectively with others Excellent English language skills, including comprehension, creative/copywriting, proof-reading. The confidence to think freely, identify innovative opportunities and challenge with respect and knowledge when appropriate
