Job Summary



We are seeking a creative, organised, and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role also includes managing our day-to-day social media presence and contributing to the smooth running of our office through administrative support.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing & Campaigns



Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and services. Manage content creation for digital platforms including websites, email newsletters, and social media. Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for promotional materials and advertising. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Social Media Management



Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., TikTok, Reels, Stories, Shorts). Ensure consistency with brand voice and growth objectives. Read and report on social media analytics.

Event & Office Support



Assist in planning and promoting company events, trade shows, webinars, and internal activities. Record and distribute meeting minutes (Sales). Maintain office supplies and filing systems (physical and digital). Manage travel logistics, bookings, and correspondence.

Skills & Qualifications



Essential



Proven experience in a marketing role (B2B or B2C). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Experience in administration and office support. Competence with CRM and database management.

Desirable



Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. On-brand copywriting and on-trend content creation. Ability to work as part of a virtual team. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

20 hours - 9:15am - 2:45pm, Monday to Thursday with 30 minutes unpaid lunch
