Marketing Executive

to join our growing team in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, shape compelling content, and drive marketing activity that reinforces Keystone's position as the market leader. You'll work across digital, print, PR, events, and sales enablement, ensuring our marketing not only supports commercial objectives but also inspires confidence in our brand across merchants, contractors, and specifiers.

What you'll do.

Plan, deliver, and optimise integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

Create and manage engaging content, including case studies, CPDs, technical guides, and video.

Lead thought leadership and PR activity to strengthen Keystone's market-leading reputation.

Own the email marketing calendar, developing targeted communications for key audiences.

Monitor performance and ROI, recommending improvements to drive stronger results.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with commercial priorities.

Work closely with agencies and partners to deliver creative, PR, and digital activities.

Support events, exhibitions, and point-of-sale campaigns that showcase the Keystone brand.

Ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing materials, literature, and design outputs.

Mentor and support junior members of the marketing team.

About you.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced.

Minimum of 3 years B2B marketing experience (construction, manufacturing or technical industry desirable).

Campaign-led.

A proven planner and doer across email, web, social, PR and print.

A strong communicator.

Able to translate technical information into clear, persuasive content.

Commercially minded.

Comfortable with aligning activity to pipeline goals and reporting on performance / ROI.

Organised and proactive.

Skilled at managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and agencies.

Collaborative.

Great at partnering with Sales, Technical and Product teams, and happy to mentor juniors.
