Marketing & PR Manager

We're looking for a driven and passionate individual to join Embello. We're an award-winning branded merchandise company working with brands across the globe to turn their ideas into reality through our industry-leading printing, workwear and signage solutions.

Embello has had tremendous growth over the past decade and we're looking to recruit a passionate individual with a talent for finding even more creative ways to truly engage with our target audience, tell our story, and generate sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

We're in a crowded space. Your job is to cut through all the noise and get our message across to our target audience - simple as that.

You'll generate a deep understanding of our brand, and find creative ways to truly engage with our target audience, tell our story, and eventually generate sales. Besides the classic on and offline marketing channels, we are looking for someone who is a fountain of ideas and unafraid to get their hands dirty to execute them.

Ideally you bring knowledge of the classic online and offline marketing channels along but your main asset is your creative approach, that will allow us to find new ways to engage and convert customers.

Owning, developing and executing Embello's marketing strategy Crafting content which speaks to our audiences Planning and running organic and paid social campaigns Leveraging marketing automation to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Utilising email marketing to drive traffic to the content Creating & optimising paid search campaigns through Google Adwords Planning and coordinating website copy, including blog posts and content for SEO Oversee award entries and compelling success stories
