The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who's confident across strategy and delivery. Someone who understands the big picture, but knows how to make things happen day-to-day.
You'll lead and deliver marketing initiatives across the agency and selected clients, managing multi-channel campaigns from planning through to optimisation. You'll also play a key role in building our digital marketing capabilities - through smarter systems, sharper thinking, and a growing team. This is a hands-on role with plenty of space to grow.

Your Responsibilities - Agency Marketing (Quantock)
Plan and manage Quantock's own marketing strategy and campaigns across key channels
Work closely with Alastair and Mark to organise, streamline and elevate our approach - from CRM and email to social, SEO and thought leadership
Support new business with lead qualification, funnel improvements, and internal reporting
Help shape the agency's direction and ideal client targeting, based on data, insight, and ambition.
Your Responsibilities - Client Marketing
Deliver creative, integrated campaigns across print and digital for retained clients.
Areas of focus include:
Campaign and audience research
Personal development
Funnel design and optimisation
PPC (Google Ads) and Meta advertising
Reporting, insights and recommendations
Plan, schedule and manage social media for retained clients, collaborating with our creative team on asset production
Optimise strategy, lead reporting, and build relationships directly with clients.
Team & Operations
Bring rigour and organisation to marketing project management - balancing tasks across internal and external priorities.
Work with the leadership team to scope, quote and invoice for client marketing work.
Help grow our digital capabilities - through freelancers, internal upskilling and future hires.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years' experience in marketing - ideally agency-side, with confidence across both
strategy and delivery
Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning and analytics
Confident using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social
scheduling platforms
Comfortable liaising directly with clients, running meetings, and presenting work
Organised, energetic, and a clear communicator Passionate about building something with purpose - and helping others do the same
