The Role
We're looking for a talented Marketing Executive to help us deliver results for both our clients and our own brand. This is a hands-on, varied role that sits at the heart of the business bridging strategy, creative and execution.
You'll work closely with our Co-Founders and, over time, take the lead in managing a VA to help implement campaigns, streamline systems and drive meaningful results for both our clients and our business. You'll also collaborate with our trusted network of freelancers and contractors across design, video and other creative disciplines to bring campaigns to life.

You'll get involved across the board - strategy, execution, content, campaigns - and have real ownership and visibility from day one.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. For the right person, this role has clear progression opportunities, including stepping into a Marketing Manager position as the business scales and your responsibilities grow. You'll be supported to develop the leadership, technical and strategic skills to take that next step when the time is right.
Key Responsibilities
Dig into market research to fuel powerful campaigns and sharp targeting
Co-create and deliver lead generation and outreach campaigns (scripts, strategy, setup)
Ideate and support execution of social media and content across multiple channels
Help implement CRM and email marketing strategies for us and our clients
Analyse campaign data and contribute to reports and recommendations
Support the day-to-day delivery of marketing projects across multiple client accounts
Liaise with freelancers and creatives to bring ideas to life
Contribute to internal strategy sessions and campaign planning
Begin participating in client-facing meetings, with a view to growing into more of a lead role over time
Oversee and collaborate with a VA on admin, outreach and project setup tasks
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
Clear, confident communication - especially in writing for outreach, email and social
A creative thinker with a strategic mindset - someone who not only generates ideas but understands how to execute them with purpose and impact
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (Slack, Google Workspace, OneDrive, Instantly.ai, Snov.io, HighLevel, Perplexity.ai, Adobe Creative Suite etc.)
Comfortable analysing data and reporting on marketing performance
Proactive, solutions-first mindset - you see challenges, not problems
Organised, detail-oriented and motivated by making things happen
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Bonus: Experience in or passion for the built environment or construction sector
