Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives. Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement. Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Conduct email marketing campaigns, analysing performance metrics to optimise future communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional activities. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform strategic decisions. Prepare reports on marketing performance, presenting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in social media management and email marketing tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Knowledge of IT concepts is advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
