About the Role
We are seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Marketing Executive to assist our marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns that align with the firm's objectives and brand identity.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone creative, organised, and proactive, with proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and video editing preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
You will play a key role in growing the firm's presence within the Vietnamese community and supporting business development through effective marketing execution.
Handle client and prospect inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Liaise between solicitors, caseworkers, and clients to support communication and marketing workflows.
Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and campaign coordination.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community networks to generate leads.
Apply empathy and strong communication skills to support sales conversion and client engagement.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
Create written, visual, and video content aligned with the firm's brand and services.
Manage the firm's social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google).
Record and edit short-form videos to communicate legal topics in an accessible way.
Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, or similar tools.
Manage and monitor digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and evaluate campaign performance.
Research & Development
Conduct research into new and existing markets to identify opportunities for outreach and growth.
Explore and recommend AI tools and technology to improve marketing efficiency and client engagement.
Contribute innovative ideas to support the firm's long-term marketing strategy.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all marketing and advertising activities comply with SRA and industry standards.
Track and report on marketing performance, providing insights to enhance campaign outcomes.
Skills & Attributes for Success
Strong skills in video editing, social media management, and graphic design.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a professional and respectful approach.
Previous experience in a marketing or sales-related role (legal industry experience is advantageous).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
