What You'll Be Doing

As a Marketing Executive, you will support a wide range of marketing activities and be central to everything we do. Your responsibilities will include:

Content & Social Media Support:

Scheduling and posting content across client social media accounts and websites. Creating Reels for client and Frank social media Creating and designing social media assets using Canva templates Draft copy for social media, blog posts, and email campaigns Manage ongoing client content calendars Quality-check all design and copy before submission
Campaign Execution Support:

Assist in setting up and monitoring marketing campaigns Compile performance data for reports Create and distribute marketing materials
Administrative & Organisational Support:

Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines Organise and manage marketing files and documentation Handle general administrative tasks Organise and maintain digital asset and content libraries
Market & Client Support:

Manage all client print orders Conduct market research and competitor analysis Assist with client communication Support with client events when needed

Must Haves

1+ years' experience in social media and/or marketing Strong experience with creating Reels and/or short form video content 1+ years' experience with using Canva (or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Added Bonus

Property / PropTech experience Experience with project management tools like Monday.com Experience in a small team and willingness to go above and beyond
