Job description and responsibilities;
Develop Marketing Strategies:
o Create marketing strategies that drive growth and support Purely Energy's development in the energy broker sector.
o Research competitors, customer needs, and market trends to find new opportunities for growth.
o Develop short- and long-term marketing plans with clear, with a target of 15-20 high value leads per month from Social/ videos or newsletter.
Campaign Execution:
o Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns (including email, social media, and website) from start to finish.
o Work close with internal teams to make sure campaigns run on time and meet expectations.
o Track campaign performance, gather insights, and use this data to improve future campaigns.
Event Management
:
o Plan and manage industry events, exhibitions, roadshows etc. to promote Purely Energy.
o Handle event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
Budget Management:
o Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending aligns with goals and remains within limits.
o Make sure resources are allocated effectively to drive lead generation and maximise marketing impact.
Content Creation:
o Creation of engaging content e.g. blogs, case studies, social media posts, email newsletters, and videos (using social media platforms like - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok).
o Develop a strategy to support lead generation, raise brand awareness, and drive engagement.
o Ensure all content aligns with Purely Energy's brand and marketing objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualifications

o A degree in Marketing or proven experience is required
Preferred Experience and Skills:
o Brand Management
o Experience of social media management and content creation.
o B2B marketing experience, particularly in the energy or utilities sector.
o Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to work well with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
o Familiarity with key marketing tools and software applications.
o At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with a track record of running successful campaigns.
o Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
o Knowledge or the willingness to learn about UK energy regulations, energy efficiency, and related initiatives.
o Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning.
o Some experience with lead generation programs and CRM systems.
