As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving patient engagement.

Role Overview:



The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote Regain Hearing's services and attract new patients. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business goals and target audience, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing Management:

Manage and optimise online marketing campaigns across various channels, including website SEO/SEM, paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), and content distribution.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, brochures, and patient testimonials, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across relevant social media platforms, monitor social media trends, and interact with followers to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.

Email Marketing:

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to nurture leads and retain patients.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and patient needs, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration and Affiliate Management:

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., clinical staff, Practice Coordinators and external agencies (e.g., designers, printers) to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.

Budget Management:

Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximising return on investment.

Event Management:

Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as health fairs, webinars, and open days, to promote services and engage with potential patients.

Brand Management:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.

Compliance and Regulations:

Stay up-to-date with relevant healthcare marketing regulations and guidelines to ensure all marketing activities are compliant.

Qualifications and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in a marketing role, ideally within the healthcare industry (private healthcare experience is highly desirable). Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and informative content for diverse audiences. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and patient confidentiality.
