We operate within the social housing sector and provide holistic housing services to local authorities and housing associations throughout the Northwest, North Wales and West Yorkshire. The role





As our Marketing Executive, you'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and Communications to support the delivery of our Corporate Marketing & Communications Strategy. You'll be responsible for managing the online presence of the business through the intranet, websites and social media channels, and will work with our colleagues across the business to protect our brand integrity and maximise opportunities to promote Connolly, its people, products and services.





As our Brand Ambassador, you'll take the lead on developing the social media calendar, identifying opportunities to engage and driving regular updates and communications. You'll manage our social media channels, engage with our communities and work to ensure our platforms deliver best-in-class content and engagement. You'll support our digital campaigns and have a hands-on role in content scheduling, community management, and trend spotting, helping to grow and nurture our social presence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, digital culture and building meaningful connections with an audience.




Are You What We're Looking For?





To be considered as our Marketing Executive, you will need:




Ideally a degree or equivalent in marketing, digital marketing, graphic design or similar A passion for social media and digital trends Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand copy Highly organised with attention to detail in scheduling and content planning Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, or native platform tools) A keen eye for visuals and an understanding of what works best across both established and emerging social media platforms Experience in social media or community management A driving licence
