Location: Windermere Head Office (Hybrid - Minimum 3 full working days on site)





Are you a driven marketing professional with a flair for digital acquisition and a passion for delivering results? Lakeland, a leader in creative kitchenware, home solutions, and seasonal inspiration, is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at our Windermere Head Office.



As a Marketing Executive you'll be responsible for leading our customer acquisition efforts across both digital and traditional channels. You'll manage and grow our affiliate marketing programme, support paid channels such as PPC and paid social, and deliver impactful direct mail campaigns. Your role will be key in driving website revenue while working cross-functionally with teams across Digital Trading, Insight & Customer Marketing, and Brand Marketing.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow our affiliate marketing programme, working with publishers via platforms like AWIN and beyond.

Manage digital partnerships, including student and referral schemes, and explore new opportunities to expand reach.

Plan and deliver direct mail campaigns in line with key trading moments throughout the year.

Report on all campaign activity, focusing on spend, sales performance, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Support additional paid digital channels (PPC, paid social) when required.

Champion data transparency and ensure alignment on attribution methods with internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align digital activity with content and trading plans.

Use customer insight and media testing to refine and optimise the marketing mix and budget.

Stay informed of the latest trends in digital marketing to continually implement best practices.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Knowledge:




Proven experience in customer acquisition, ideally B2C and within a multichannel business.

Strong track record managing affiliate programmes and digital marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with Google & Bing Ads, paid social platforms, and affiliate networks.

Experience using digital analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.

Advanced Excel and strong reporting/analysis capabilities.

Experience in managing third-party relationships, ideally media agencies.

Skills & Capabilities:




Commercially astute with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Highly organised and deadline-focused, able to manage multiple priorities.

Confident, proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills.

Ability to lead, influence and work as part of a high-performing team.
