The Role:
Grafton Manor Hotel delivers 50+ weddings and corporate events each year. You will be a key figure in the logistical set up and be involved in the delivery on the day.
As a key Front of House Team member, mid-week, you will predominantly be responsible for running the restaurant. Delivering great service to our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Handling guests who check in into the hotel after 6pm.
Cellar and bar cleanliness will be your responsibility.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person who is proactive problem solver in person with a passion for customer service and hospitality.
Deciphering information accurately, recording it in the relevant system before passing it on to the relevant team member in a timely manner.
Building rapport with guests and customers is pivotal to the role. You will have the opportunity to really get to know our guests in order to better anticipate their needs and deliver a truly personalised experience.
Our Front of House Teams work a shift rota so you will need to be comfortable and flexible working five days out of seven, with some early shifts and some late shifts.
What we look for:
Previous experience in a customer facing hospitality role in a fast-paced service environment is essential
