We're now looking for a talented and enthusiastic

Marketing Executive

to join our team and take charge of all things marketing, social media, PR, and events. If you're creative, digitally-savvy, and looking for a role where you can make a real impact -- this is your opportunity.

The Role

As our

Marketing Executive

, you'll play a key role in raising our brand profile, engaging new and existing customers, and promoting our services across multiple channels. Working closely with the senior management team, you'll plan, create, and deliver compelling marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage all

social media channels

(LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) - planning, creating, and scheduling content that drives engagement. Develop and deliver

marketing campaigns

that support business growth across skip hire, recycling, event waste, and total waste management services. Write engaging copy and create visual content for

posts, stories, blogs, flyers, brochures

, and presentations. Manage and update the company website and digital platforms. Monitor campaign performance and track results to help inform future strategy. Assist with

PR activities

, local media engagement, and customer communications.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

2 years' experience

in a similar marketing, communications or digital role. Strong knowledge of

social media platforms

, content creation, and scheduling tools. Confident in using

Canva

, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools. Excellent

copywriting

skills and a good eye for visual branding. Knowledge of

email marketing

, basic SEO, and website CMS (WordPress preferred). Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities. A passion for sustainability, the environment, or the waste sector is a bonus - but not essential.
