To develop and deliver an integrated sales, marketing, and fundraising strategy that drives brand growth, revenue, and supporter engagement. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, this role will lead creative campaigns, content creation, and fundraising initiatives that raise awareness and enable the organisation to achieve its mission and income goals.
Main Duties
Develop, implement, and manage the overall sales, marketing, and fundraising plan aligned with organisational objectives.
Create and oversee content calendars, campaign timelines, and social media strategies.
Lead the creation of engaging marketing and fundraising content, including copywriting, visuals, and video storytelling.
Plan and coordinate creative campaigns, PR activities, fundraising appeals, and events to maximise reach and income.
Collaborate closely with schools, community groups, funding partners, and internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
Analyse campaign and fundraising data to monitor performance and inform continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies involved in marketing and fundraising activities.
Ensure all communications reflect the organisation's brand voice, values, and mission consistently.
