Revector are the UK's leading provider of mobile intelligence solutions, providing equipment that facilitates the easy location of mobile devices, used for intelligence and search and rescue operations.

Our team is small, consisting of 6 full-time employees and a few part-time, however, in 15 years we have managed to work in over 130 countries and won 2 Queens Awards for Enterprise. A big achievement for an SME.

Our team is entrusted with multiple large projects and given the chance to excel whilst making decisions. We also allow the team to be involved in many other aspects of the company to get an overall feel and understanding of how companies operate in the real world.

Role Overview:

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sales and marketing? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in a fast-paced and supportive environment? As a Sales and Marketing Graduate at Revector, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams while gaining valuable experience and developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research:

Conduct research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and competitive analysis to support sales and marketing strategies.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and managing customer relationships.

Marketing Campaigns:

Contribute to the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email marketing.

Content Creation:

Develop and curate engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and the company website.

Data Analysis:

Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Engagement:

Interact with customers and clients to gather feedback and understand their needs, helping to shape our product and service offerings.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and creative departments, to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.

What We're Looking For:



Education:

A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Attitude:

A self-starter with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Creativity:

An innovative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in the latest industry trends and technologies.

Ambition:

A desire to build a career in sales and marketing, with a strong drive to achieve targets and contribute to the success of the company.
