We're looking for a proactive, motivated Marketing Graduate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain real, broad-based marketing experience in a high-growth fintech. You might be a recent graduate or simply looking for your first step into marketing, what matters most is your energy, curiosity, and drive.
This role starts as a 6-month fixed-term contract, designed to give you a meaningful entry point into the industry, with a strong potential to convert to a permanent position.
What you'll do

• Support day-to-day marketing activity across campaigns, events, and social media
• Help create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other digital channels
• Assist with producing visual assets using Canva or similar tools
• Provide admin and coordination support across brand and commercial projects
• Contribute to sales and partner engagement activity, supporting growth initiatives

What you'll bring

• A strong interest in marketing, design, and commercial problem-solving
• A can-do attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (fluent spoken and written English)
• Resourcefulness, reliability, and eagerness to learn new skills
• A degree is welcome but not essential -- we value mindset and potential
• Bonus: additional European languages, familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, LinkedIn

Additional details

• Contract: 6 month FTC with potential to convert to permanent
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Hybrid working at our London office 3-4 days per week
