Marketing Graduate Trainee

to join our dynamic team. This is more than just a graduate role, it's a chance to contribute to the expansion of a well-established business while developing your skills across multiple areas of digital marketing, branding, online retail and traditional marketing.

You'll be joining us at a pivotal time, playing a key role in enhancing our online presence, supporting the development of our eCommerce platform, and helping us connect with new and existing customers through both innovative digital channels and proven offline strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the development and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns Assisting with the day-to-day management of our eCommerce platform, including product listings, pricing updates, and stock management Contributing to SEO, social media content, email marketing and paid advertising initiatives Assisting in the planning and execution of traditional marketing activities, such as print advertising, direct mail, trade show participation and in-store promotions Helping analyse marketing performance and customer behaviour using tools like Google Analytics Collaborating with the sales and purchasing teams to align marketing with commercial goals Helping grow our customer base and drive both digital and offline sales

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate (within the last 2 years) in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Business or a related field Strong interest in integrated marketing, including both digital and traditional channels Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento is a plus Proficient with social media, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) Some exposure to or interest in offline marketing tactics such as flyers, catalogues and events Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Must be based in the Manchester area and able to commute to our office
