Job Description


As the Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with the Marketing team to assist with various initiatives and campaigns to promote our brand and products.
This role provides hands-on experience in retail marketing, brand activation, event planning, campaign execution, PR, influencer outreach, and B2B and partnership activities.
This 12-month internship is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams during a period of incredible growth for the brand.
Key Information:

  • 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office / 1 day from home)
  • Based in our Central London Head Office
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the marketing inbox and marketing portal.
  • Assist with stock orders for press and influencer activities, including delivery check-ins/outs.
  • Compile and share a monthly overview of competitor analysis.
  • Handle invoice payments and set up new suppliers on internal systems.
  • Update key internal channels such as The Bubble, Your Rituals, and the Retail Newsletter.
  • Conduct copy and pricing checks on Point-of-Sale materials.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships with shopping centres and local BIDs.
  • Support local marketing activities and capture content posted by Shopping Centre partners and BIDs.
  • Maintain the external marketing contact list.
  • Assist with new store launches by preparing new store packs and make occasional store visits and attend store events.
  • Manage stock orders for press and influencer activities, including delivery check-ins/outs.
  • Support by populating the LinkedIn content calendar, scheduling posts, and reporting on the content.
  • Assist in briefing processes for creative resizing and asset briefs for campaigns.
  • Support with maintaining the relationship with our Beauty Box partners including managing stock orders and updating the shared calendar.
  • Assist at relevant Hospitality and Leisure events.
  • Occasionally attend store visits and events.
  • Create ad hoc promo codes.
