About the Role:

As Marketing Intern at Green People, you'll gain practical, hands-on experience across digital, partnerships, events, and campaign coordination. This is a dynamic entry-level role for someone excited to learn, organised in their approach, and keen to contribute to ethical beauty marketing.

You'll work across different areas of the marketing team, helping to keep our campaigns, partnerships, and events running smoothly while gaining real-world insight into what it takes to build a sustainable brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across email, partnerships, and web Support with social media planning and execution, including preparing assets, scheduling posts, and aligning calendars Help manage timelines, internal task lists, and creative file organisation Support with preparing briefs, gathering assets, and sharing approvals

Partnership & Collaboration Support

Help identify aligned brands, partners, and giveaway opportunities Assist in organising collaboration timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating logistics Support follow-up, reporting, and relationship maintenance with partner brands and collaborators

Research & Monitoring

Track market and category trends (beauty, wellness, sustainability) Monitor competitor campaigns, partnerships, and press Help compile insights on customer needs or gaps across digital channels

Event Support

Assist with logistics and prep for in-person events, festivals, and brand activations Help with guest list coordination, materials, and setup Attend events as needed, including evening or weekend occasions (with notice) Support post-event wrap-ups, content summaries, and reporting

In-Person Retail Support

Occasionally work in the Green People shop, supporting in-person customer engagement and product sales Assist with store-based campaigns, promotions, or product education activities

Reporting & Admin

Help compile basic campaign performance reports Support with admin tasks across the wider marketing function
Other duties as and when required

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
