About the Role:



We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to cover a 9-month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional who can take ownership of the marketing function, drive brand awareness, and support business growth during this period. The Marketing Lead will oversee digital marketing, campaign execution, content strategy, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects while driving results.

The role is fully remote, although there will be an expectation to travel regularly to meet with partners, influencers other 3rd parties as well as the Braingain team. Travel expenses will be covered.

You will be working closely with the Founders and will play an integral role in helping us towards delivering on our mission.

Key Responsibilities:



Marketing Strategy & Execution



? Develop and execute marketing strategy across digital channels, working with the Founders to agree Plans, Timelines and Budget, before leading Campaigns aimed to drive brand awareness and sales.

? Own the Marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.

Brand, Content and Social Media Management



? Manage content strategy, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging across social media, email marketing, website, and paid channels.

? Manage and grow network of content creators, influencers and partners.

? Lead content creation, working with 3rd parties where required.

? Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.

Performance & Analytics



? Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify and CRM platforms.

? Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.

? Report on key metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Digital Marketing & Paid Media



? Manage and optimise PPC, paid social, and email marketing campaigns.

? Work with external agencies (if applicable) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

? Develop strategies to grow organic reach through SEO and content marketing.

? Lead brand partnerships or PR initiatives

Preferred Experience:



? 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a consumer goods, eCommerce, retail, or tech environment.

? Experience leading marketing efforts for a small or growing company, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

? Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.

? Experience with Social Media management, either directly or through working with third-party agencies, freelancers, or contractors to deliver campaigns.

? Strong knowledge of digital advertising and performance marketing best practices.

? Previous experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or high-growth environment is a plus.
