Role Overview:





The Marketing Lead (B2B) will be responsible for leading the marketing team and driving brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership in the fast-moving payments space. This role involves creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns while managing a team, working closely with commercial and product teams to accelerate growth and establish the company as a market leader.


Key Responsibilities:




Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Develop and implement the B2B marketing strategy to drive pipeline, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple markets. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, events, content, and PR, targeting financial institutions, corporates, and partners. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and growth targets. Manage marketing budgets and relationships with agencies or external partners. Measure and report on marketing ROI, optimizing campaigns for performance and impact. Build and maintain a strong brand presence within the fintech and payments ecosystem.

Requirements:




5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services. Proven track record in driving demand generation, managing teams, and delivering measurable business results. Strong experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and events. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
