You will own the regional marketing strategy and collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Supporting the sales team is a key focus, providing the tools, campaigns, and insights to help generate and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage EMEA marketing initiatives and campaign calendars, aligned with global strategy
Create high-impact content including blogs, guides, email campaigns, brochures, whitepapers, and sales collateral
Repurpose and optimize existing content across various formats and platforms
Plan and support regional events, trade shows, and partner-led campaigns
Work closely with partners and internal teams to develop compelling sales materials
Lead demand generation efforts through SEO, email, content marketing, and CRM tools (HubSpot)
Monitor and report marketing performance using data insights, including NPS tracking and campaign metrics
Support sales enablement with presentations, datasheets, and product messaging that resonates with target segments
Manage and update content on the website, in coordination with the global web team
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in a technical or industrial space
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating and editing marketing materials
Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and hands-on content creation
Confident in using HubSpot CRM and WordPress CMS
Ability to create messaging that engages both prospects and partners
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and global marketing teams
Bonus skills: video editing, graphic design, animation
