Marketing Lead

in our Digital team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working in Marketing to use their creativity and innovation in this standalone generalist role to support our revenue growth ambitions.

The Role



As the

Marketing Lead

, you'll be at the forefront of all our Marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for our brands, clients and candidates.

Some of your day to day will include:

Developing engaging content (blogs, social posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns) tailored to clients and candidates. Optimising campaigns to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads). Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns leveraging automation (email, social, paid ads, events) that drive high-quality leads. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints. Report on lead generation, conversion, and campaign effectiveness.

About You



We're looking for someone who knows their stuff when it comes to Marketing to drive our brand, campaigns, and growth.

You'll bring:

Previous experience in a Marketing role, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or B2B services. Proven experience with marketing automations, workflows and ATS/ CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, preferably Bullhorn). Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making. Ability to work independently and to strict deadlines.
