You'll be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns that increase brand visibility, grow our patient base, and drive conversions via our website and digital platforms - with a particular focus on the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive patient enquiries and support revenue growth.
Create and manage engaging, audience-specific content for email, social media, digital brochures, and web promotions.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of campaign delivery, from initial concept to post-launch analysis.
Manage social media channels and implement strategies for audience growth and engagement.
Collaborate with the Registered Business Manager to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Support partnership and outreach activities alongside the Private and Public Health Liaison Lead.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
Maintain and update a rolling marketing calendar to coordinate and track all digital activities.
Expand and segment our digital contact database to improve targeting and customer reach.
Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and relevant healthcare regulations.
Pay
Starting from 30,000, depending on experience.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years in a digital marketing role - healthcare, consumer services, or similar.
Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and campaign performance across digital channels.
Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., email automation, analytics platforms, social media schedulers).
Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
Portfolio of previous digital campaigns or content projects.
Desirable:
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
Familiarity with patient acquisition journeys or clinical service marketing.
