The Blackened Teeth is a gothic home decor manufacturing brand creating luxury, handcrafted home decor. As we scale into our new premises, we are expanding our internal marketing team to support ambitious growth across the UK, US and beyond.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our paid advertising, email marketing and direct our in-house/external content creators and creatives. This is a rare opportunity to lead both growth and brand storytelling in a rapidly expanding

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for running high-performing paid advertising campaigns, managing Klaviyo email marketing, and directing our content creators and graphic designer to deliver visually powerful, high-converting, high-quality content aligned with our gothic brand aesthetic.
You will be highly analytical, highly creative, and confident making decisions that directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute and optimise paid ads on
Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and Google
Build audience strategies for UK, US, and international markets
A/B test creatives, hooks, landing pages, formats, and messaging
Monitor and improve KPIs:
CPA, ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, CVR
Manage and report on advertising budgets to Directors
Influencer campaigns with measurable KPIs
Build and scale evergreen and seasonal campaigns
Implement retargeting and funnel strategies
Email/sms growth campaigns tied to CPA/CAC/ROAS
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Manage and grow all flows
Build segmentation strategies for UK/US/EU/ROW
Set up and analyse weekly campaigns
Improve deliverability, CTR, and revenue contribution
Use analytics to influence content and product launch strategy
Brief Graphic Designer for visually aesthetic cohesive campaigns and flows
Lead Creative Direction
Lead our videographer and graphic designer with clear briefs, mood boards, hooks, and shot lists
Seek and maintain external talent to represent the brand with content creation. Deliver direction and build great rapport so they become an extension of our creative team
Translate performance insights into content direction ("this style converts - recreate variants")
Maintain and evolve The Blackened Teeth's unique brand voice & gothic visual identity
Ensure fast turnaround content for ads, social media, and email
Oversee consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Oversee and maintain all website content, ensuring alignment with brand identity, marketing strategy, product launches and optimised for conversions. Ensure new product launches, collaborations, and seasonal updates are reflected on-site in a timely and visually consistent manner. Continuously analyse on-site performance (CVR, bounce rate, AOV) and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and sales.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience
3 - 5+ years running paid social campaigns in ecommerce
Demonstrable success scaling DTC brands (ideally home dccor, lifestyle, or higher-end consumer goods)
Strong Klaviyo experience (flows & campaigns)
Ability to analyse performance data and make decisions quickly
Experience directing
creative teams and shaping content output

Ability to bring new ideas to the team and experiment
Understanding of SEO, CRO, and onsite optimisation
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
Experience with strong brand-identity businesses
Creative background (copywriting, art direction, videography oversight)
Passion for gothic, horror, alternative culture
Familiarity with Shopify
