The Role
We're looking for an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead strategy, delivery and client relationships across a varied portfolio of accounts. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys balancing strategy with execution, and is confident managing both clients and internal teams.
You'll be responsible for planning and delivering high-performing marketing campaigns, supporting business growth, and ensuring our clients consistently receive exceptional service and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Delivery
Design, execute and optimise lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
Align marketing strategies and campaign plans with overarching client and agency business goals.
Execute impactful campaigns and continuously optimise ROI using performance data and insights.
Build and oversee social media content strategies that support wider campaign objectives.
Client Management & Growth
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships.
Own the client onboarding and delivery process, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
Act as a key point of contact, supporting clients and acting as a buffer between clients and delivery teams.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services where performance indicates growth potential.
Explore and contribute to new business opportunities to support agency growth.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the creative, digital and sales teams to develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies.
Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of progress.
Deliver presentations to clients, the internal team and prospective new business leads.
Reporting & Insights
Present post-campaign reports to clients, including data-led insights and clear recommendations for improvement.
Track, analyse and interpret campaign performance metrics to guide future strategy.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation and campaign performance.
Confident client-facing communicator with strong presentation skills.
Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivery.
Comfortable working collaboratively across creative, digital and sales teams.
Commercially minded, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
