Job Description

Are you a natural relationship builder who knows how to turn great marketing into real business growth?

We're

The Demand Generation Team

-- a commercially focused marketing agency built around one thing: helping businesses grow.

We're looking for a confident, hands-on marketing manager to lead relationships across some of our most exciting accounts. Someone who can balance strategy with delivery, insight with action, and who genuinely enjoys helping clients succeed.

You'll be joining a fast-growing agency with bold ambitions. You'll manage a portfolio of clients across sectors like property, manufacturing, tech, and professional services - helping them build structure, scale their marketing, and deliver consistent commercial results.

If you love variety, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to play a visible role in shaping how we grow as an agency, this is for you.

Agency experience is preferred but if you fit the points mentioned above, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

You'll be the link between DGT and your clients, the go-to person who brings everything together.

Here's what that looks like for you day to day:

Lead client relationships and be their strategic partner from planning through to delivery. Build clear marketing plans that connect ideas, channels, and measurable outcomes. Work with our SEO, Paid, Social and Content teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns that perform. Keep everything on track by managing briefs, budgets, timelines, and expectations. Run weekly check in's, monthly and quarterly reviews that show impact and shape future strategy. Spot new opportunities, whether that's expanding existing accounts or identifying new clients who'd benefit from DGT's expertise. Support the Managing Director with new business pitches, proposals, and inbound lead conversion. Represent DGT confidently in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

What we're looking for

You don't need to have every skill, but you should be experienced, commercial, and curious.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

3-5 years of marketing experience managing multiple channels and campaigns. A solid understanding of SEO, PPC, Social, and CRM, and how they fit together. Strong marketing project management skills with an eye for process and detail. Excellent project management and organisational skills (we use Asana and HubSpot). Excellent communication and creative presentation skills. Confidence turning insight into opportunity and opportunity into action. Data analysis and interpretation - you can interpret metrics and translate them into commercial insight. Experience spotting and converting new business opportunities. A proactive mindset: you take ownership and make things happen.

About you

You're ready for your next big move. You've learned how to manage, now you want to lead -- to take real ownership, make an impact, and see your work drive results you can be proud of.

You're the kind of person who gets a buzz from progress. You like pace, clarity, and knowing that what you do each day genuinely moves things forward. You thrive in environments where people care, move fast, and deliver great work without the drama but all the kudos!

Here's what we think that looks like:

You bring ideas, take responsibility, and make things happen.
