We are now looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to support and enhance our marketing efforts as the business continues to expand
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Group Head of Marketing to enhance the online and offline presence of all 3 sites. This is a hands-on role with overseas travel required for an experienced marketing candidate. You'll help bring the vibrant personality of our venues to life through engaging visuals, compelling copy, and strategic marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Driving online discoverability and direct bookings
- Heavy focus on SEO, optimizing website content, Google Business listings and travel platform descriptions. Managing google and meta ad campaigns, tracking conversion and reporting on ROI.
Website Management
- Maintain and update website content across all venues to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with seasonal offerings whilst maintaining brand integrity.
Social Media Management
- Oversee day-to-day posting and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Producing well created visuals, consistent messaging and high quality on brand storytelling, reinforcing a high-quality image across all platforms.
Content Creation
- Capture and edit photos and videos; create high-quality Reels and other digital assets using editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva).
Graphic Design
- Produce eye-catching flyers, posters, menus, and promotional materials in line with brand aesthetics.
Email Marketing
- Create and schedule engaging marketing emails using our CRM platform to target different customer segments.
Copywriting
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for campaigns, menus, website content, social media posts, and more.
Local partnerships
- Attending meetings and networking events. Developing strategic partnerships with local operators, building strong mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders in the UK and on the ground in the Caribbean, including taxis, cruise line agents, hotels and resorts, tourism government officials, yacht & charter partners and drinks brands & merchants.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably within hospitality or lifestyle sectors)
Strong grasp and experience of SEO, Google & Meta paid ads and analytics
Experienced in social media trends and platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
Proficiency in photo and video editing tools and graphic design (e.g., Illustrator, Capcut, Canva)
Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and eye for design
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
