Marketing Manager

Hands-on | Team Leadership | Automotive & Tuning Sector

VIEZU is a global leader in automotive tuning software, tools, and technical training. Operating in a fast-paced, highly competitive sector, we manage multiple brands, income streams, products, and international markets -- and our marketing function sits at the heart of that growth.

We are now looking for an experienced, high-energy Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive real delivery across the business.

This is a hands-on role. If you are a stand-back manager who delegates everything, this is not the position for you.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will:

Lead and manage a team of five marketing professionals Take full ownership of marketing output across multiple revenue streams Personally contribute to marketing delivery -- campaigns, content, digital, and launches Operate at pace, manage priorities, and keep momentum high Ensure marketing plans are created on time, executed effectively, and measured against clear KPIs
You will be working in an environment where there is always more to do, deadlines matter, and marketing performance directly impacts commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing, motivating, and developing a busy marketing team Leading from the front with hands-on delivery Creating and executing quarterly and annual marketing plans Driving digital marketing across websites, social media, email, SEO, and CRM Coordinating campaigns for products, services, training courses, and events Managing creative content including video, imagery, and written assets Working closely with Sales, Technical, and Training teams Tracking performance, reporting results, and continuously improving output
What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or senior marketing lead Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a multi-person team Strong hands-on marketing capability (not just strategy) Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-product or multi-brand environment Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities High energy, strong work ethic, and a proactive mindset

Highly Desirable:

Automotive, tuning, technical, or performance-related sector experience Strong digital marketing background Experience with content creation, video, and creative assets SEO, CRM, and campaign performance reporting experience

Pay: 38,000.00-45,000.00 per year
