Wellcura LTD is seeking an experienced and driven
Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations and support the continued growth of our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded professional who can shape and deliver effective marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with senior leadership to determine the company's range of goods or services, contributing to sales strategies and assisting in setting sales targets.
Discuss client or internal requirements, conduct market research, analyse customer responses to product, packaging, and price, and identify key trends.
Compile and interpret sales data to prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Produce detailed reports and recommendations on marketing and sales strategies for senior management.
Manage and guide the marketing team, directing the successful implementation of marketing strategies across all products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate new business contracts, and plan project specifications, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
