Role:
As a Marketing Manager , you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. This will be predominantly focused on organic marketing strategies. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and leadership skills will be instrumental in building brand awareness and fostering customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alliances & Outreach - Build and nurture relationships with agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand presence.
Analytics & Performance Insights - Track campaign effectiveness, assess key performance indicators, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Campaign Execution & Engagement - Plan and manage digital and social campaigns that drive audience interaction and align with business goals.
B2B Retail Collaboration - Collaborate with retail partners and internal stakeholders to plan and execute B2B marketing initiatives, including trade promotions, creation of retail assets, and coordination of in-store campaigns
Content & Creative Direction - Oversee the creation of impactful marketing assets and storytelling that connect with the target audience.
Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth - Design and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
Requirements:
Proven track record in brand marketing, digital strategy, and campaign execution within the beauty, haircare, skincare, personal care, or cosmetics industries.
Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, PR campaigns, and external brand partnerships.
Comfortable working across both D2C and B2B marketing channels, including liaising with retail partners and internal stakeholders to plan and deliver promotional activity, trade assets, and in-store campaigns.
Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive approach to marketing initiatives.
Strong copywriting abilities with a deep understanding of engaging brand messaging.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine marketing strategies for improved results.
Position Details
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel for key meetings and events.
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per annum.
