Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels. Duties
a) Developing and coordinating culturally aligned UK marketing strategies for student
logistics, removals, storage and e-commerce services
b) Leading digital marketing activities across major Chinese social media platformssuch as WeChat and Rednote, including bilingual communication, customerengagement and consistent growth of our online user base.
c) Oversee joint marketing initiatives with UK universities, student associations and
cross-border merchants to promote our services and expand market reach.
d) Organising and promoting community-based campaigns and events to strengthen
brand loyalty and customer trust
e) Supporting our regional coverage further into Manchester, Birmingham and
Edinburgh
f) Ensuring brand consistency across English-language and Chinese-languagechannels
g) Leading data-driven market research and analyse customer insights from our
logistics platform.
Skill, experience and qualifications required
a) A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
b) Proven marketing or digital marketing experience, ideally in logistics, e-commerce
or UK-China service sectors.
c) Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English for bilingual communication
and content creation
d) Strong understanding of Chinese consumer behaviour, UK-Chinese community
needs and international student markets
e) Experience managing marketing campaigns on WeChat and other popular Chineselanguage
platforms.
f) Ability to develop strategies and campaigns that drive brand growth, customer
acquisition and community engagement.
g) Digital marketing skills including social media management, content creation, CRM,
and campaign optimisation.
h) Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling skills for culturally aligned
messaging.
i) Strong organisational, project-management and cross-functional collaborationabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 51,137.36-56,716.07 per year
