We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This role is key to driving lead generation, digital growth, and brand visibility across all channels. As

Marketing Manager,

you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for the country in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives. You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth, working closely with the Head of Marketing. This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mind-set. Some travel will be required to support customer training courses, events, and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools, and the ability to develop innovative campaigns. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery



Develop and execute integrated, insight-led marketing campaigns aligned to company and country objectives. Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning and execution to reporting and optimization. Drive lead generation, digital engagement, and eCommerce performance.

Content & Digital Engagement



Lead the creation of compelling content across digital, print, and customer-facing channels. Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance across all marketing outputs. Monitor and optimize digital performance across websites, email, CRM, and social platforms.

Sales & Customer Collaboration



Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to support sales objectives and pipeline development. Represent Marketing in client meetings, co-leading discussions to strengthen partnerships and present strategic initiatives. Arrange and hold meetings with current and prospective clients. Hold progress and review meetings to identify new opportunities and evolving customer requirements.

Market Awareness & Competitive Intelligence



Capture and analyze competitive activity, market trends, and industry benchmarks. Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights across key accounts to inform portfolio development, commercial plans, and marketing strategy.

Operational Communication & Onboarding



Develop onboarding protocols and communication frameworks for new accounts. Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and ongoing support.

Performance & Budget Management



Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and market trends. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and cost control.

Leadership & Collaboration



Lead and support the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Assist and deputies for the Head of Marketing as required. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements



Tertiary qualification in Marketing, MBA Strong data analysis skills to assess campaign performance and market trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines. Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, creative, and digital teams. High level of commercial acumen and business ethics. Ability to work independently and make sound, accurate decisions. Strong budget management and proactive problem-solving skills. High attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM systems, and basic design tools. Fluency in English. Willingness to travel nationally.

Pay: 31,000.00-50,000.00 per year
