An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Marketing Manager to join a forward-thinking and innovative business spanning the hospitality and legal industries, including high-end dining and professional services. Based at our Blackburn Head Office, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives on engaging with online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and email marketing for multiple businesses. Create, shoot, and edit engaging social media content independently, with TikTok and Instagram as primary focuses. Research and foster relationships with local university societies, schools, social groups, and businesses to drive engagement and meet KPIs. Manage daily posts in line with the marketing calendar and leverage trending social media sounds, memes, and content to increase engagement. Build and nurture online communities, responding to reviews and sharing feedback with staff to boost performance. Provide weekly performance reports and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and generate leads for Curtis Law Solicitors. Optimise paid media campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media ads, and display advertising. Coordinate weekly influencer partnerships and outreach. Ensure a deep understanding of the brand's tone of voice and messaging.

Skills and Experience:

Strong experience in brand marketing, particularly within the hospitality industry. Proven track record in social media and marketing, with a creative flair for content design. Knowledge and passion for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and order delivery platforms. Experience in influencer marketing and community engagement. Ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across PPC, SEO, social media, and display ads. Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and drive for results. Skilled in content creation, including video production and photography.
