You'll work closely with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, support business growth, and engage both existing and new audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and market share Managing and maintaining brand consistency across all divisions and communications Overseeing the marketing budget and ensuring strong ROI on campaigns Monitoring and improving SEO performance and website visibility Creating, managing, and analysing digital marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media, and web content) Producing marketing materials including brochures, case studies, and digital assets Growing the company's social media presence and producing engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube Managing marketing activities in collaboration with customers and partners, including events and online campaigns Coordinating events, exhibitions, and award entries, including design and logistics Leading new product launch campaigns and maintaining technical documentation and manuals Conducting and reporting on employee and customer satisfaction surveys

What We're Looking For

Proven success in a marketing or communications role (minimum 3 years) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities A proactive self-starter who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
