I'm Jamie. I'm a founder, investor and entrepreneur. I build companies, buy businesses, host a podcast, and I'm building a media brand with one clear goal in mind: attract high quality inbound opportunities that fuel everything else I'm building.

This includes a personal brand that lives on LinkedIn, a podcast that's already recorded and ready to launch, and content that will be seen by business owners, investors and future partners. Think behind the scenes, strategy, mindset, bold opinions and a clear mission.

Now I need someone smart, creative, commercially minded and obsessed with growth and marketing to come and build this with me.

What's the role?

You'll be the first hire into my personal brand and media team. That means you'll do everything to begin with. You'll work with me directly to manage and build my LinkedIn presence, launch and grow the podcast, and build repeatable systems to scale the content and its impact.

We'll use AI, tech, and smart thinking to move fast. You'll also be expected to help build the team that comes after you. The long-term vision is a full media team and potentially a media business. You'll be at the centre of it from the start.

This is a demanding role and one that will evolve quickly. The long-term opportunity is huge. Future leadership roles will come to the right person. But you'll need to earn it by showing you can build from the ground up.

Location and Salary

This is a full time role based in Billericay, Essex

Starting salary is 28,000

You'll work directly with me as the founder
